Project Coordinator (04-14-176)

Location: Stonington, CT, USA

The Project Coordinator supports all Operations functions to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. This position works with the Operations Manager to implement best practices and ensure a smooth work flow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate accounts (GRID Alternatives)

  • Maintain an installation calendar and coordinate with Crew Leads

  • Work on long-term projects while maintaining day-to-day responsibilities

  • Resolve client issues as needed

  • Interact with customers to coordinate with internal parties to achieve high satisfaction metrics

  • Track customer survey responses

  • Implement customer service policies

  • Update the Operations Manager on a weekly basis

  • Other duties as required by Operations Manager
